Language Based Educational Experiences with Computer Technology.

 

·         Four Year Multicultural programs using 4 languages with translators. Classroom research and community programs.

·         Designing and Implementing unique programs to help learners of English overcome difficulties by building learning strategies.

·         Curriculum and Research Branch. Reading Research. Socio Economic Status and Reading Ability. Intelligence and Learning.

·         Ten years Multi-cultural, inner suburban, multi lingual ESL programs utilizing classroom research and Technology.

·         Music and Art to develop visual and Audio learning strategies for Multi-cultural students from the Pacific Islands and New Zealand Maoris.

·         Internet and Special Computer Programs. Internet exchange programs… learning experience and Learning extension programs.

·         Ten year. Programs for Gifted students and Maori ESL Students in Literacy and Art.  Publishing multi language dictionaries and newsletters.

·         Four Years   Kip McGrath Schools.  Specially devised computer programs that were student paced and Homework study based.

·         Implementing and providing Second Language Programs for indigenous Secondary Aboriginal students. Intensive language based programs devised around art and cultural activities.

·         Indigenous Reading and Language Programs utilizing computer based language and reading programs, including locally written and created books and Readers, with emphasis and leaning towards local cultural programs and Groups.

·         Indigenous ESL   Intensive student language programs using the Kimberley method, where student first language was the base, with Home Language and School Language based Programs.

·         Developed Adult and Young Adult Programs for mature students and Older students at Risk.  Work Related Computer-based programs such as Power Point and digital photography with Adobe. Bringing the workforce into the classroom, the Programs were to help Adults at Risk get employment. Instructor at TAFE in computers. Word and Excel.

·         China Post graduate studies in English preparing students for TESL and TOFEL examinations

·         Korea Teaching Oral English at Harvard Lap Laboratory School
