Art Lesson 2
How to Draw Moving figures and Actions

backclassweek1.jpg

Step 1:  Draw stick figures showing the following actions
standing, walking, running, jumping, skipping, throwing a ball, playing tennis, surfing, skateboard riding, sitting, kneeling and sleeping.

Step 2: Draw a stick figure standing. Fill in the body by using curving lines following the contour of the body.

Step 3: Do the same with 3 other stick figures.

Step 4: Find some action photos from a newspaper or magazine. Draw the stick figures into the photographs.

Step 5: Cut out 5 pictures. Fold in half. Paste a half in your diary and draw the missing half.
