The Guanxi Story
Guanxi, the power of networking should never be underestimated. The importance
of Guanxi is similar to a bamboo grove. Education and Learning is like the bamboo and the power of
self education can also never be underestimated. WE are like this bamboo, and what we know can grow
in the same way.
In growing the bamboo, first you must plant the seeds and nurture
them. Below the ground, the root network establishes itself making the foundations strong and firm for the bamboo shoots to
grow towards the sun. An established grove is almost impossible to destroy because of its powerful interlocking root system.
The power of Guanxi, is being part of a well-connected network
where you can through the support and strength of other network members. Links
in learning are powerful and they support the learner and the Artist and the artist gets stronger just like the bamboo.
